Unleashing Leadership: Passion, Learning, and Personal Growth

As the former Global Channel Chief at Dell Technologies and President and CEO of Cisco Canada, Rola Dagher has spent over two decades building world-class teams and driving breakthrough results at the highest levels of the technology industry. Her powerful story — rising from a childhood in war-torn Lebanon to executive global boardrooms — delivers audiences a masterclass in transforming adversity into opportunity, leading through change, and creating cultures where everyone can thrive. She equips leaders with practical strategies that will transform how they think, act, and achieve lasting impact.

Dagher’s tech career began in Bell’s telemarketing department, which led to senior sales leadership roles at both Bell Canada and Dell. She moved to Cisco Canada in 2017, serving as their President and CEO until returning to Dell Technologies in 2020 as the Global Channel Chief, where she led transformational change in their channel ecosystem for three years, bringing in $50B in revenue.

Today, Dagher is on a mission to help leaders rewire and reinvent themselves for the future: the AI era. She challenges audiences to shift from survival to significance, from chasing titles to living with purpose, and from maintaining systems to designing movements. As a strategic AI advisor to C-suite executives, startup founders, and board members, she accelerates their transformation into AI-first organizations with future-proof impact. Blending inspiration with actionable strategies, she empowers leaders to navigate rapid change with clarity, courage, and confidence.

Throughout her career, Dagher has been recognized as one of the most influential leaders in the channel ecosystem, earning recognition from CRN as one of the 50 Most Influential Channel Chiefs Globally and being named to their Women of the Year, Power 100, and Top 100 Executives lists. Her commitment to diversity and inclusion has also been celebrated with numerous honours, including being named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 by WXN, one of the Top 25 Women of Influence, and Woman of the Year by Women in Communications and Technology.

A passionate advocate for empowering others, Dagher lives by her foundational philosophy: “Learn it. Earn it. Return it.™” This commitment to lifting others is evident in her co-founding of the BlackNorth Initiative and her active service on multiple boards, including the 30% Club advisory board supporting Catalyst’s work to accelerate progress for women in the workplace, the Board of Trustees for SickKids Hospital, and the Horatio Alger Association of Canada board of directors.

Dagher’s extraordinary journey has been recognized with four honorary doctorate degrees from McMaster University, University of Waterloo, Toronto Metropolitan University, and Wilfrid Laurier University. She was appointed to the Order of Canada in 2023 and has been honoured with both the prestigious King Charles III Coronation Medal and International Horatio Alger Award. She was also named “Lady of the Cedar” by the Lebanese Embassy and selected as one of RBC’s Top 25 Canadian Immigrant winners.
