  David Rocco explains what it took for him to break into the television industry and the world of celebrity chefs. With little television experience, but big dreams, Rocco and his wife and business partner, Nina Rocco, began their production company Rockhead Entertainment with the idea to produce, direct, and star in their own programs, never thinking it would be as time-consuming and complicated as it turned out to be. With a steep learning curve, the two cut their teeth on their first series, the wildly successful travel show, Adventura. From there, David Rocco’s Dolce Vita was born. The show now airs in over 150 countries worldwide and boasts over 80 million viewers in the USA alone. Rocco is also the author of three bestselling cookbooks. In this talk, he shares the secrets of his success and perhaps some of the secrets to his fabulous recipes, too.
