Kelly MacDonald, Executive Vice President, is passionate about the business of speaking. She joined Speakers Spotlight as Partner and Senior Vice President in 2003, and has enjoyed contributing to the growth of the business and working with a first rate team of colleagues, speakers, and clients!

A meetings industry veteran, Kelly also worked with the Lavin Agency for eight years and, prior to that, worked for a content management firm, an incentive house, and spent many years in the hotel business.  She credits active membership in industry associations with enabling her to build and deepen strong client relationships throughout her career.

In addition to matching the perfect speakers for client programs, Kelly plays a key role at Speakers Spotlight, representing the company within the industry community where we support various event initiatives with MPI (Meeting Professionals International); CSAE (Canadian Society of Association Executives); PCMA (Professional Convention Management Association); and FICP (Financial and Insurance Conference Planners).
